Leiborschy Yaika

Riannor Oszkar x Leiborschy Jante A Legacy

7 April 2017

Poppy came from a litter that was a long time in the planning, daughter of the beautiful and very precious Jante. She stood out from almost day one, and although I tried to look past her she wasn't having any of it. To stand out in such a quality litter as The Rathes wasn't easy but she persuaded me that she was the keeper. Poppy and I embarked on Life Skills training and she is a perfect pupil: she is fun, attentive, gentle, bright and has reminded me how much I love training. Best friends with Ravasz and her Mum, she is confident, calm and mature. Poppy qualified for Crufts 2018 at her first championship show aged 6 months and took her first major Championship Show award, Best Bitch, aged 8 months.Poppy and a Reserve Bitch CC at 13 months, qualifying her for Crufts for life. She is HUU Clear and hip scored.

"Parry's Leiborschy Yaika. Sadly there were five absentees in this class. My winner is a sound, balanced bitch with many breed characteristics. She has a lovely feminine head and expression, a harsh coat and a strong body of correct proportions and she can move too"

"1ST LEIBORSCHY YAIKA Breed: Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla (D & P PARRY & NEWMAN). This is not a glamorous breed but it is one I’ve owned and shown so I am always more critical of them when judging variety classes. The defining feature is a wire coat covering the whole body and this young bitch has exactly that. She has the requisite bone and substance, is moderate all through, has attractive facial furnishings and is of a good size. Covers the ground well on the move and carries her tail level with her back. Best AVNSC Bitch."

HPR Gundog Association 18/11/17 Judge K Richardson

1st Puppy Bitch

" A pretty feminine head with an appealing expression, good conformation and body proportions with a clean outline. She is developing well and showed promise with a correct coat. Sound and positive on the move"

2nd Puppy Bitch ( 11 exhibits)

"Puppy Bitch (7). A lovely class . 1 Parry's Leiborschy Yaika. Very feminine all through, well balanced head with soft expression, true front with ample bone and depth for age, good feet, lovely ribbing, well proportioned body with good topline, in super coat and condition and moved out very well for one so young, must have a bright future. "

21 October 2017 Yorkshire Gundog Club Judge Rachel Savage

1st Puppy (5 exhibits)

Best Puppy in Breed

" Parry's Leiborschy Yaika. The puppy that really caught my eye was medium sized, just what I would want to see in the breed, a dog that could easily do a days work, smart outline with a good coat texture and length. She had good depth of brisket, tight feet, correct eye colour with a kind expression, good turn of stifle and well let down hocks which gave her good movement around the ring. I loved her and again another puppy that nearly got BOB"
